Give anyone a simple, structured way to propose AI opportunities — with business value and 30-day feasibility front and centre.

What you get

XLSX ~95 KB v1.0 Updated Sep 2025

Why download it

  • Standardise how ideas are proposed across the organisation.
  • Compare pitches side-by-side in your Growth Driver Audit.
  • Keep focus on business value and what’s achievable in 30 days.

How it’s structured

  1. Driver Name — clear title (e.g., AI for Lead Qualification).
  2. Problem Statement — the business issue.
Example: “Sales reps spend 30% of time chasing unqualified leads.”
  3. Proposed AI Solution — short description of the tool/approach.
Example: “Use AI to score inbound leads and prioritise likely converters.”
  4. Expected Business Impact — how revenue/cost/time moves.
Example: “+15% conversion by focusing on qualified leads.”
  5. Feasibility (30-day Cycle Test) — why it’s doable now.
Example: “Vendors offer out-of-the-box models; no custom build.”
  6. Data Requirements — what’s needed and availability.
Example: “CRM deals with outcomes for last 12 months.”
  7. Measurement Metric — one number to track.
Example: “% of qualified leads converted to meetings.”
  8. Cycle Scope — where/how to test.
Example: “One sales team of 5 reps over 30 days.”
  9. Next Steps if Successful — how it scales.
Example: “Roll out to 4 teams with CRM integration.”

Inside the file

  • Pitch sheet — fields for all 9 sections with examples and helper text.
  • Checklist — quick feasibility ticks (data, access, owner, metric set).
  • Review — side-by-side table for comparing multiple pitches.

Why it works
